Structure
DNS-LU is the service for technical and administrative management of .lu domain names and is part of the RESTENA Foundation.
The legal structure of RESTENA is a Foundation created in June 2000. The Foundation’s board is made up of representatives of the founding institutions, namely:
- the University of Luxembourg (formerly the Centre Universitaire),
- the Centre d'Etudes de Populations, de Pauvreté et de Politiques Socio-Economiques (CEPS - research institute for population, poverty and socio-economic policy),
- the Gabriel Lippmann Public Research Centre,
- the Henri Tudor Public Research Centre,
- the Public Health Research Centre,
and representatives of :
- the Ministry of National Education,
- the Ministry for Higher Education and Research,
- the Ministry of Finance
