Becoming a registrar
If you decide that you want to become a registrar, please read the Accreditation process section, which gives important information on how to get accredited.
Before becoming a registrar, we recommend that you read the section Contractual documents, particularly the Contract, which lays down in detail the rights and obligations of each party in the registry-registrar relationship.
We then need you to submit a formal Application and provide a certain amount of information to allow us to prepare the contract in your name.
The list of Fees (Annex 1) establishes the prices invoiced by DNS-LU to the registrar in return for the operations performed on its behalf.
The Domain Name Charter (Annex 2) contains the guidelines applied for domain name registration.
All domain name holders must be notified of any circumstances that might affect the registration, renewal and possible expiry of their domain names. These provisions are given in the Terms and Conditions of the Contract between the registrar and the egistrant (Annex 3). These conditions must be accepted by each customer of the registrar upon registration of a domain name.
You can also read the Technical Manual (in English).
