DNS-LU is the registration body for the .lu country code top-level domain and only registers domain names with this extension. To register a domain name under another country code (ccTLD) or generic (gTLD) domain, you need to contact either the organisation responsible for managing this extension (this type of organisation is known as NIC or registry), or one of the service providers (also known as registrars) marketing the required extension.
