The RESTENA Foundation collects certain personal data needed in order to ensure the due and proper performance of its contractual provisions and legal obligations.

RESTENA Foundation processes personal data that is subjected to Luxembourg national data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

RESTENA Foundation is committed to ensure that Luxembourg and EU data protection provisions are safeguarded.

The RESTENA Foundation site contains information made available by third parties or hypertext links with other sites. The existence of a link from the RESTENA Foundation site to another site does not constitute a recommendation or a validation of this site or its content. The user is solely responsible for protecting the confidential nature of his codes for accessing the services supplied by the RESTENA Foundation. The user grants the RESTENA Foundation the right to bring an end to all or part of the right of access corresponding to its identification parameters.

The user accepts that any access to the site or any use is made subject to its own responsibility. The RESTENA Foundation is not liable for direct or indirect damage which may be caused by using the site, in particular in relation to the interruption, stoppage or malfunctioning of the site which might result in particular from shutting down the RESTENA Foundation's computer system for maintenance or repair, technical breakdowns or network overload, failure of telephone lines, errors, negligence or mistakes made by service providers or a third party.
