What is an active domain name?
To register an active domain name, at least 2 correctly configured name servers must be provided. If either of the name servers is not correctly configured, the domain name is registered as inactive. See section * What is an inactive domain name?
If the name is registered with DNS-LU, the technical contact is requested to notify DNS-LU as soon as the configuration has been corrected. If no response is received, the domain remains inactive.
For domain names registered through a registrar other than DNS-LU, the person responsible for technical management must contact his usual registrar.
