Do I need to be resident in Luxembourg to register a domain name?
No, you do not need to be resident or have a registered office in Luxembourg. Since February 1st 2010, the administrative contact ( i.e. the representative appointed by the domain name holder) no longer needs to be based in Luxembourg. However, he should be contactable at all times with a valid email address.
