Can a domain name be registered without a server name?
If the domain name is managed by DNS-LU, domain names can be registered without entering a server name but the domain name will not work for online use. To be able to use a domain name for a website or for email, name servers must be configured and registered for the domain name. Name servers are configured by the service provider hosting the website. If name server information is not yet available, it can be provided at any time in the future.
If domain names are configured by a registrar other than DNS-LU, you should contact your usual registrar directly to find out if this option is available.
