What is quarantine?
After a domain name is deleted, it is placed in quarantine for thirty days. During this time, the name will retain the status it had prior to deletion and it will not be usable in any way. Operations cannot be requested on this name, except for restoration, where appropriate combined with transfer to a different registrar. A change of holder (domain name trade) is not possible during the quarantine period.
