The migration of domain names to a manager’s my.lu online account is unsuccessfull. What might be the possible reasons ?
- When filing the migration power/agreement there are still open invoices with DNS-LU for one or more domain names of the concerned holder.
- The list provided on the the migration power/agreement did not mention all domain names of the concerned holder. If this list is not complete, for one reason or another, the transfer power/agreement is rejected. If the administrative contact files the request, we recommend to check first whether he manages the entire portfolio of domain names of the concerned holder. See section * How shall I procede in case a domain holder has granted power to several administrative contacts for its domain names.
- An incomplete and/or errouneous request/agreement has been filed. Specific attention should be paid to the manager's login and/or its email address where often discrepancies, errors or missing information appear to be a reason to reject a migration request.
- The list of domain names on the request/agreement includes domain names actually under management with another registrar than DNS-LU.
- Is it possible to pass from online management to DNS-LU classic registration for a domain name ?
- As part of the RESTENA community you are classified as preferentiel client. Are you entitled to the my.lu online management of your domain names ?
