How can I find out who is registered as the billing contact?
As this kind of information is not available using the WHOIS lookup, you will need to contact the registrar directly.
Only if registration and management are done through the online platform my.lu does the manager have access to the user account for the domain name in question and can look up, and where necessary update, billing contact information.
