The billing contact or manager does not pay
If the domain name is managed using the DNS-LU classic procedure, you should submit a contact information update request or replace the billing contact to avoid the domain name in question being deleted. This request must be signed by the administrative contact and submitted within thirty days of discovering the incorrect contact information.
For management through the online platform my.lu, it is preferable for the holder to replace the manager with someone who can pay by credit card.
Where domain names are managed by a registrar other than DNS-LU, you should check whether the billing contact has received all the information and payment instructions from the registrar and whether he has then made the payment correctly. Where appropriate, contact details should be updated or the contact should be replaced in the registrar’s records. For the exact procedure to follow to make these changes, please contact your usual registrar.
