I cannot access or modify the domain name or update the contact details
Some managers have more than one login. By using a login that is not listed as the login of the manager of the domain queried, it is not possible to manage the domain name through the DNS-LU-online platform. Here are some of the problems you may have if you use the wrong login (non-exhaustive list, provided for information puposes only).
- When you connect, “no domain” appears when there should be at least one domain displayed
- Inability to access an invoice
- Unable to create a domain trade request
- Unable to initiate transfer of a domain name to another registrar
- Unable to change or substitute the registered contacts
- Unable to proced to renewals
In all cases, make sure that you are using the right login for the domain you want to access.
- I cannot activate the domain name
- The domain name is registered but does not work
- Email addresses and/or websites do not work
- A management transfer request is unsuccessful
