Email addresses and/or websites do not work
N.B.: the list below is given for information purposes only and DNS-LU does not provide any support in the event of a problem unless it is directly linked to operation of its own systems.
If email addresses or websites connected with the .lu domain name are not working, there may be several reasons. These reasons may include (non-exhaustive list):
- expired domain name
- incorrect server names or name servers offline
- domain name reserved due to incorrect technical information being supplied at the time of registration
If the domain name is managed by DNS-LU and as DNS-LU is not the host, the problem may be administrative (expired domain, registration problem, etc.). You should contact your service provider or the technical contact for the domain name.
If domain names are managed through a registrar other than DNS-LU, you should contact your usual registrar directly.
