The contract with DNS-LU or other registration agent
The domain name does not convey a right in itself but only a right to services in accordance with the contract signed with an accredited .lu registrar (DNS-LU or other). The domain name holder can be a natural person or a legal entity, a commercial company, a non-profit-organisation or other.
By requesting registration of a domain name, the transfer of a domain name to an accredited .lu registrar or the creation of an online platform user account with DNS-LU, the applicant must accept the underlying terms and conditions for registration in order for such a request to be performed.
For any additional information relating to the conditions that apply for services other than .lu domain name registration and management, you should contact your usual registrar.
