Time zone issues
When specifying operation dates always provide time (setting it to 00:00:00 is fine) as otherwise you may get some negative side-effects:
2006-08-17+02:00 -> 2006-08-16T00:00:00Z. This is due to interpretation of time fields as 'undefined' ~ 0. The zero is used for time-zone conversion, but undefined flag remains afterwards, blending out the timezone-adjusted time. - What transport protocol does the EPP server use?
